· Tapping into the resources which may help with Aging Positively.
· How to avoid aging negatively.
· A brief review: Uncovering the secrets to Positive Aging.
This first session which provided a fundamental, ‘Planning for Later Life’, overview, was well received by 14 women and 2 men, all of whom actively participated in the first session.
